I booked a room with a comfortable bed, climate control, a safe box, and television, and I really enjoyed the view of the sea.

The staff was very attentive at all levels.

Came in Bacalar to relax and have fun, this brand-new hotel was wonderful base for doing it. We got a well-appointed double room. It included a safe box, a minibar, and cable programming, and the bed was good. The location was beautiful and in front of a lagoon and a lake. Truly enjoyed our fairly nice stay there a lot.

The hotel's location is perfect, just across from the lake, and there's a great place called Nao nearby for lunch.

It offers well-appointed rooms with the balcony or terrace and music plus terrace.

I had a very pleasant short stay here.

Location : the hotel was close enough to the main cafes and restaurants, the Bacalar lake and the public balneario for swimming in the lagoon. It was good to be 1 mile away from Porque No, serving short-orders😀

The hotel is exceptionally clean and the staff is incredibly kind. The view of the sunrise is great. It is located close to the lake and an easy walk to Balneario. It is based really close to the public pier and the main cafes and restaurants in town.

The property has an amazing location, right across from the lake.

This hotel is an absolute gem! the location is unbeatable - right on the main street, just opposite the lake. The view from the roof terrace is simply breathtaking, especially on the top floor. Secondly, the staff here are incredibly attentive and friendly, always going above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. The basic amenities in the rooms are well-maintained, and those on the ground floor even offer a lovely view over the lake. Lastly, the breakfast provided is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect!

During our Christmas stay, we were delighted by the hotel's cozy and clean environment. The friendly and dynamic staff were always ready to help and made us feel welcome. the comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep.

Sadly, there were a few downsides to our stay. The room had some small defects, such as a loose toilet seat and a flickering lamp.

The private bathroom was great and the hotel provided a relaxed atmosphere for a one-night stay.
